My thoughts on the Steve/Danny relationship

So I've been thinking a lot about the relationship between Steve and Danny. So much so that I'm now writing an LJ post about them. And now I really need to get this out because the next episode has so much Steve/Danny potential which means there won't be any.

These are my thoughts on their relationship and what should happen in the upcoming episode because I don't know about you guys but as much as I love the bromances (and I really fucking hate that word but let's stick with it for the purposes of this rant thing) in the shows I'm really sick of the whole 'it's okay to act like boyfriends but not be boyfriends' thing that's going on because producers are not willing to risk doing anything more.

I just feel like there are some parings that should get together, like Raj/Howard from The Big Bang Theory and Steve/Danny. And of course there are past shows where pairings should have gotten together like Garak/Bashir on Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

I swear this whole thing isn't going to be so ranty like.
